By August 2026, workers of 149 out of 151 companies under the programme had been paid. This shows the programme is active, but it does not mean new jobs are open.
Some websites say thousands of new jobs are coming in 2026. They do not give an official notification. Treat such claims as not officially confirmed.

One old example is a January 2025 advertisement in Rahim Yar Khan. It listed 968 posts, including 519 sanitary workers and 151 helpers. Its last date was 5 February 2025. This ad is closed. It is only an example of how local hiring looks.
